| The Routine: |

It is our priority to ensure that all
our visitors have individual care and their own daily routine. On arrival
we take details of their usual home situation so that we can match their
diet and provide as much continuity as possible. |

| Exercise: |

All the dogs have two long walks every day. Being walked individually we are able to tailor the time we spend with them to suit their own characters. This may mean playing energetically with a ball or doing something more sedate. It is our aim to ensure each dog thoroughly enjoys this special time. |

| Care: |

We spend frequent quality time with each
pet giving plenty of fuss and attention. At lunchtime and bedtime (10pm)
they all recieve special treats. All our efforts are to ensure a home
from home feel and we have consistently shown that we do achieve happy
and contented pets throughout their stay in their heated, insulated and
calm environment. |

| Puppies and Elderly Pets: |

We are happy to accommodate pets of any
age. On their arrival detailed information is taken about their specific
requirements for care, exercise and medication. |

| Requirements: |

All dogs must have an up-to-date vaccination card showing
their course of injections as a puppy and all subsequent yearly boosters.
Intrac kennel cough vaccination is your choice - our only requirement
is that if you do have your dog vaccinated, it must be done at least
three weeks prior to their arrival. All medications can be given, our
charges are calculated , on a daily rate, from the date of arrival, to
the date of departure inclusive.Our hygiene standards are particularly
high reducing the risk of kennel cough considerably. (At the time of
writing, February '98, we have not had a single case of kennel cough
for 6 years).
All cats must have a vaccination card showing that they are up-to-date with enteritis and the cat flu vaccine. We recommend the Leukaemia vaccine but suggest you discuss this with your vet.

| Delivery and Collection: |
| |
For extra convenience, a collection and delivery service is available, (for a nominal charge) although our convenient location just off junction 16 on the M4 provides easy access. We do of course welcome enquiries from the whole of the UK.
Our charges are calculated on a daily rate from the day of arrival to the day of departure inclusive. We do, however waive the charge on the last day if collection is made before 10am. |
